I was excited to stay at this hotel, situated right on Main Street in the heart of downtown Frisco, providing easy access to all the shops and restaurants. However, the room was a big letdown - stuffy at 80 degrees and reeking of cigarettes, with maintenance issues like missing bathroom light covers and duct tape repairs. The service was decent, although I caught the staff busy on their cellphones during checkout. The location was excellent, but the dining experience fell short with only basic options like packets of Quaker oatmeal for breakfast.

I could not have asked for a better location for our stay. The hotel is right on the main street, making it easy to explore the town on foot, with shops and restaurants at our doorstep. However, the lack of soundproofing meant we could hear noise from outside and the front desk could have been more attentive.

The room was a mix of modern and authentic, very comfortable and impeccably clean with a huge spa bath that we enjoyed. The lighting was a bit dim, and the layout felt a bit cramped, but since we spent most of our time in the front lounge, it wasn't a major issue.

The staff were friendly and helpful overall, though some of them taking smoking breaks led to a smoky smell in the room, which was not ideal. Nonetheless, they offered great service with ski equipment hire and happy hour.
